These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in financial education programs offered by Flint Cove. By enrolling in a program or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• "We," "us," "our" refers to Flint Cove, a financial education provider operating in Bangkok, Thailand
• "You," "your," "participant" refers to individuals who enroll in or attend our programs
• "Services" refers to our financial education programs and related materials
• "Program" refers to any structured educational offering described on our website or in our materials
• "Materials" refers to handouts, reference guides, and other educational content provided during programs

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a program, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You have read and understood these terms
• You agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Services Description

Our programs provide financial education through structured instruction, practical exercises, and peer discussion. We offer:

• Financial Literacy for Young Professionals
• Understanding Markets and Economic Cycles
• Family Financial Planning Workshop

Program availability and schedules are subject to change based on enrollment and operational considerations.

4. Educational Nature of Services

Our programs are educational in nature. We do not provide:

• Financial advice specific to your personal circumstances
• Investment recommendations or portfolio management
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice
• Financial product sales or brokerage services

Participants are responsible for making their own financial decisions and should consult appropriate licensed professionals when needed.

5. Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment requires submission of required information and payment of applicable program fees. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5.2 Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Thai Baht and must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.

5.3 Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start: full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start: no refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences
• Participate respectfully and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information shared during sessions
• Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Provide accurate information during enrollment

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, and curricula are owned by Flint Cove and protected by copyright law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use materials for personal educational purposes
• Reference concepts learned in programs

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials
• Create derivative works from our content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

8. Disclaimers

Our programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• Any guarantee of specific financial outcomes or results
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Responsibility for investment or financial decisions made by participants

Financial education provides knowledge and frameworks but does not eliminate financial uncertainty or guarantee success. Market conditions, personal circumstances, and numerous other factors affect financial outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the program
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on program content

This limitation applies except where prohibited by law.

10. Program Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

• Modify program content, schedules, or instructors
• Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment (minimum 6 participants required)
• Cancel programs due to instructor illness or other circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program cycle.

11. Termination

We may terminate your participation if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Fail to maintain respectful interaction with instructors or other participants

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in programs.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage participants to contact us to seek an informal resolution.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flint Cove regarding our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your enrollment or rights under these terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

The effective date at the top of this document indicates when terms were last updated.
